Carlton Lewis
Carlton Lewis is Founder and Principal of DevCorp Contract Financing Facility
LLC and brings 25 years of financial and consulting experience to the FACT
Board. DevCorp has been based in Las Vegas since January 2007 and is
responsible for facility fund-raising and marketing to public and private
sector clients. He previously served as Founder and CEO of DevCorp Consulting
Corporation in Washington, D.C., where he supported large program management
companies and the world’s leading insurance broker by developing and managing
their local contractor capacity building programs. While there, he served as
project director for local contractor development programs in Metro Dade
County, Florida; Fort Worth, Texas; King County, Washington; Cincinnati, Ohio;
and Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Carlton holds a B.A. in political science from Washington State University and
the Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
