Nancy Flagg
Nancy Flagg joined the FACT Board in February 2005 and currently serves as
Board Secretary. She is employed in the Office of the Vice President for
Research at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she has held a variety
of positions over the past 28 years, including Deputy to the Chancellor, Deputy
to the President, as well as Director of the Public Lands Institute. She is the
recipient of numerous awards and honors over the course of her career. Nancy
enjoys volunteering in the community and has served on the UNLV Annual Giving
Council, UNLV Alumni Association Board, and College of Liberal Arts Alumni
Board. She also volunteers at events held by Get Outdoors Nevada and the Don’t
Trash Nevada anti-litter campaign.
She currently serves as a member of FACT's Personnel Committee and is Chairman
of the Editorial Committee.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a Master of Arts in
English from UNLV.
